Sycamore, IL In-Home Newborn Photographer

I photographed Ted & Brandie’s wedding alllll the way back in 2013, and it was a joy to catch up with them just after Thanksgiving when they welcomed Mr. Teddy to their family!! I’m not gonna lie, while we talked a ton about being new parents and all of the fun things that go along with that, a lot of our conversation revolved around nerdy literature, much the same as when I first met them way back in 2013 for their wedding consult, and I left with a few more books added to my goodreads to-be-read list. So all in all, it was a pretty productive shoot, haha! In all seriousness, I know I’ve said this before, but I really love that my job allows me to photograph the journey of a family from the very first moment of husband and wife, to the first time they’re dad and mom, and so on. It really is a special thing for me that never gets old. Also, as long as my wedding clients keep hiring me to photograph their new babies I don’t have to have any more of my own to get my baby fix. ;) ;) ;)
