Anderson Japanese Gardens, Rockford, IL Wedding Photographer

Mary and Brandie were married in September 2022 in an intimate ceremony at Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford. They live in Virginia, but Mary’s family is from this area, so to ensure that all of their close family could attend their wedding they chose to have a small ceremony here in IL with a reception planned for a later date in Virginia. I only had a couple of brief conversations with them before meeting them on their wedding day and my time with them on the day was short, but Brandie, Mary, and their families were so lovely and kind the entire time. There were so many sweet, heartfelt moments during their wedding and I felt so honored to be able to witness and document such an important part of their journey together.
