Yo! Welcome to Chris and Karissa's wedding blog post! :) These two were married back in June, and what a great day it was! We had to deal with a bit of pesky weather, but as you'll see at the end of this post: WORTH IT.

The ceremony was originally supposed to take place outside at Blumen Gardens, but there was a threat of severe storms, so about 30 minutes before the ceremony, they moved things inside. Too bad the inside of Blumen is so ugly. #sarcasm ;)

C&K were soooooo wonderful to indulge me by stepping outside for some pictures in the rain right before I left. I mean, HELLO!! You can't be mad at a little rain when this is the result! P.S. There was no threat of severe weather by this point. ;)

What is your favorite memory from your wedding day?

It is so hard to pick a favorite memory from that day, but probably just being able to celebrate with all of our closest friends and family. It's so amazing to see so many people just as excited as we were to be getting married. Oh, and dancing!!

Is there anything you would have done differently?

We wish we would have had a day of coordinator to make it less stressful for our families so that they could have been able to relax more.

Best piece of advice for brides and grooms?

Make sure you allow yourself plenty of time for everything. Even though we had a lot of down time we still felt like things were rushed. Get great vendors. We were so happy with all of ours and it helped make our day even more perfect. Also, enjoy the day. In the end it will end up to be perfect because it's your day.

Where will you go on your honeymoon?

We went to Lake Geneva for three days after the Wedding for a "Minimoon" and we are going to Jamaica in December.

It was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without all of our amazing vendors!!! :)
